We've been to Cagneys twice now. Both times for breakfast. We've only had to wait once, and it wasn't that bad, maybe 15 minutes. Today, we walked right in. Safe was nice and checked on us frequently. Food came out quickly. Place is clean. Only thing I wish was better was their chunky hashbrowns- they could be a little more crispy. Eggs came out to order- which is a big deal for me. I hate a runny egg. Country ham isn't too salty either. We will definitely be back.

Good food, fast service even though it was busy. I had the Western omelette with a biscuit covered gravy and hash browns. My wife also had the Western omelette with toast. It was super good. Next time We come through wilkesboro we'll try the French toast or the pancakes. The gravy and the gravy biscuit was super good. It's hard to find good country gravy.

Absolutely love the service in small town! The wait staff were extremely attentive and friendly. The food was excellent. I had the pot roast special with glorious mashed potatoes and gravy. My daughter had a Philly cheese steak she said was great. I highly recommend. There was a line when we got there but it moved very fast and we were seated within 10 mins.

Visited for lunch and tried their new double smash burger. Clearly inspired by a Big Mac, but way better. Patties were cooked perfectly, plenty of delicious onions, pickles, and a nice sauce. Fries were good - better than standard frozen fries from a bag. Service was great, good atmosphere. Definitely recommend.

I tried their breakfast menu, and it's impressive. They have alot of items on the menu. The food is good, and the service was great. I'd recommend it if you're in the area.

We are from out of town and stopped here based on the menu. The food was AMAZING! The portions and flavor were exceptional. The service was great and fast! We will definitely keep this place in mind when we travel this way
